Shipping Policy

At AC Rendon, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and reliably from our warehouse in Ecuador. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we process and ship orders:

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 5-7 business days at our warehouse in Ecuador. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
  • Processing time is separate from shipping time. Please allow for potential processing delays during peak seasons or promotional events.

Delivery Timeline

Once your order is processed, please allow up to 7-10 business days for transit from Ecuador to the United States. After this time, your package will be handed off to a shipping provider, such as UPS or USPS, for final delivery.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method selected. Any additional duties or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility and may vary by country.

Order Tracking

After shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the system.

Shipping Address Changes

For address changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at contabilidad.acrendon@gmail.com We will do our best to accommodate changes; however, we cannot guarantee modifications after processing.

Lost or Delayed Packages

AC Rendon is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to carrier issues or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. In cases of significant delays, please reach out to us so we can assist you in contacting the carrier.

International Orders and Customs

For international orders, including those to the United States, delivery times and rates may vary by destination, and customs duties or import taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
